Refund policy

All items are HANDMADE and PERSONALIZED and non returnable or refundable. Due to the customization understand there may be imperfections which will not affect the design of the item. 

We will do everything foreseeable to avoid design flaws; however, imperfections may occur and are part of being uniquely crafted. 

• Embroidery, minimal design shifting
• Ink infused tumblers, imperfect seams (small amount of white at the seam) or the existence of seams based on the design.
• Printed designs
• Sewing

Design Process and Approval
Throughout the design process you will receive digital designs with the colors as good as close to true to design color as possible. The product will not be produced until we receive confirmation you are happy with the design. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items shipped are insured and we will work with you to get the information we need to file a claim and get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
